INSTITUT FÜR WISSENSCHAFT UND FORSCHUNG
Eine Installation als Ort der Forschung und Lehre. Das Institut für issenschaft und Forschung begreift sich als Einrichtung zwischen Kunst und Wissenschaft, zwischen Realität und Fiktion. Es ist eine Plattform für Künstler-Innen und WissenschaftlerInnen, die sich mit formalen und inhaltlichen Aspekten von Wissenschaft auseinander-setzen. Wir arbeiten mit Methoden aus Kunst und Wissenschaft und wollen und können uns daher weder aus-schließlich als Künstler noch als Wissenschaftler bezeichnen. In den Projekten des IWF findet die Auseinander-setzung mit einem bestimmten Thema auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen statt, wodurch unterschiedliche Arten von Wissen, Erfahrung und Erkenntnis miteinander in Dialog treten können. Hier treffen körperliche, künstlerische und wissenschaftliche Herangehensweisen aufeinander und zeigen, dass Realität immer mehrdeutig und in Veränderung begriffen ist.
